Getting flat abs without cruches

One of the most sought after muscle groups to make better are the abs. Just about everyone wants that flat stomach, but not everyone knows how to get them.   1. Well make a lot of abs it's not healthy, because if you need a flat stomach you will not get it in that way because doing that you are over training the muscles, if you want to burn calories, you can do aerobics, jogging, swimming, are the best ones for me.

  2. If you start to drink green tea then you eating less and lose stomach fats. When you wake up in morning you must drink hot water.
