How to eat the right amount of Calories

As you may already know it is recommended that you eat about 2000 calories per day. That may sound like a lot of food but in reality many people consume that amount of food in about 1 meal. So how do you figure out how many calories you are eating and how do you figure out how many calories you need to eat. (more)
