Relieving stress by walking
We all know that walking is good exercise and can help you live a healthier life. Many people however overlook the fact that a brisk walk can help you relieve stress. Obviously when you do any sort of exercise your body releases endorphins which produce a feeling of well being. In other words the releasing of endorphins in your body help you feel better. (more)

Yes I agree that walking is good exercise and it's really helpful to beat stress.
ReplyDeleteReason for stress may be anything but every problem will have a solution. The solution lies in defeating the reasons causing stress. All who are suffering from stress by any reason should know how to manage stress.
